Congratulations to the top three Honor Graduates for Sinton High School Class of 2021!  Valedictorian Trinity O'Brien, Salutatorian Konner Bluntzer and Honor Graduate Sachee Patel represented Pirate Nation incredibly well throughout their school career.  

The 2021 Sinton High School Valedictorian, Trinity O’Brien. Trinity is the daughter of John and Shannon O’Brien.Trinity achieved the rank first in her class by always going above and beyond what was required academically. She excelled in Pre-AP courses & dual credit course work, graduating with 33 college credits and a weighted GPA of 4.713. 

In addition to her academic achievements, Trinity was active in FFA and 4-H, earning officer positions on both the State and local levels. She was the Texas 4-H Livestock State Ambassador from 2018 through 2021 and 4-H Public Relations Officer. Trinity was the 2021 San Patricio & Aransas A&H Show Queen, Sinton FFA Vice President, Area 10 FFA Vice President and a delegate to the National FFA Convention, also earning many accolades in Livestock Judging and other CDEs. She showed Market Animals at stock shows throughout Texas, earning top spots at shows such as the Houston Livestock Show, The State Fair of Texas, Austin Livestock Show, San Antonio Livestock Show and San Patricio & Aransas Countries A&H Show. Trinity also served as National Honor Society Vice President and Student Council Treasurer.

In addition to these accomplishments, Trinity was an accomplished volleyball player, competing for the Lady Pirates,  CC Waves, South Texas Fusions, Storm Volleyball and Texas Infinity Volleyball teams. Trinity is also an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church at Sinton. Trinity will continue her education at Texas A & M University College Station, majoring in Agribusiness. 

Next, our 2021 Salutatorian is Konner Bluntzer. Konner is the son of Paul and Marce Bluntzer. Konner  achieved the rank of second in his class by taking  challenging courses in all academic areas and graduates with 53 college credit hours.

Konnor has also excelled in Pre-AP and Dual Credit  courses. In addition, he has been a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, Robotics, Tennis, the Garden Club and Challenge Team.  Konner also excelled in being involved in school and community activities. Konner has had a successful high school career and will continue his education at Texas A & M University--College Station, where he will pursue a Degree in Engineering.  

Finally, the 2021 Honor Graduate is Sachee Patel. Along with this distinction comes years of hard work and dedication. She has excelled in Pre-AP, dual credit course work in all core content and graduates with 52 college hours.  While at SHS, Sachee has been involved and honored in numerous activities and programs including tennis, Challenge team, perfect attendance and President of the National Honor Society, all the while holding down a part-time job and internship. 

Sachee is a four-year Academic Decathlon team member in which she not only earned regional medals, but was a top competitor earning several State Academic Decathlon medals and recognitions. Sachee has had a successful high school career and will continue her education at The University of Houston, where she will pursue a Biology Degree in the pre-med program.

Congratulations to these promising young adults as they leave Sinton and pursue their next step in life.
